在对铝制品的热处理工程中,淬火工艺通常需要使用淬火剂 ( 如聚碱乙二醇溶液)在对淬火完毕的铝制品进行冲洗的过程中通常会将淬火剂稀释,因此必须进行频繁的淬火剂浓缩。常规浓缩方法是加热法,通过加热将淬 火剂从稀溶液中蒸发出来,但是这种方法的缺点是:耗能高而且还会导致淬火剂损失。
现在一些铝制品加工厂已经开始应用 超滤膜对淬火剂进行浓缩。通过采用超滤膜系统,减少 了能量的消耗和淬火剂的损失。从而大大降低了厂家的生产成本。
现场数据;现有一套 超滤淬火剂回收系统的各种运行参数如下;操作压力为 13.79-20.68Kg/cm2 ;渗 透通量为 10gfd;淬火剂 ( 聚碱乙二醇 ) 溶液的进料浓度为 20%。
下面所列为此套超滤淬火剂回收系统和传统的热蒸发回收系统的运行成本比较。成本计算是建立从 20%的淬火 剂溶液中去除 1000 加仑水的基础上。
