将膜分离技术用于中药浸膏的制备,克服了传统工艺制备中存在的浸膏崩解缓慢、含杂质量高等缺点,缩短了生产周期,提高了浸膏中有效成分的量和药效,显著减少了服用量。
将膜分离技术用于刺五加浸膏的纯化精制,先将刺五加浸膏加纯化水稀释至总黄酮量为 15 mg/mL,然后用板框过滤器经滤纸、微孔滤膜 ( 0.45μm) 分别进行预过滤,120 ℃ 热压 30 min,再用板框过滤器经微孔滤膜过滤,再经过截留分子质量为 20kDa 的中空纤维超滤器过滤,浓缩,收膏,得精制刺五加浸膏。
将膜分离技术用于灵芝浸膏的制备,先用截留分子质量为 50kDa 的超滤膜 ( 聚醚砜) 对灵芝水提液进行浓缩,渗透液再用截留分子质量为 10kDa 的超滤膜( 聚丙烯腈) 进行浓缩,最后用截留分子质量为 200Da 的纳滤膜 ( 醋酸纤维) 将透过 10 kDa 超滤膜的渗透液进行浓缩。将二级超滤浓缩液和纳滤浓缩液合并,置于干燥铁锅内,于 60 ℃ 恒温干燥箱中干燥至恒定质量后,冷却,即得干浸膏,此法干浸膏收率为 6.892% ,干浸膏中多糖平均量为 9.212 2% ,高于传统方法所得浸膏中的多糖量( 7.564 8% ) 。
采用膜分离技术富集六味地黄糖类,选择截留分子质量为 100 kDa 的管式膜为膜分离介质, 采用膜分离技术富集后,六味地黄提取物收率由 20% 降低至 16% 左右,含总糖量由 40% 提高到 60% 以上,运用该技术提高了六味地黄质量,可减少服用量。
